United Theatre host an 8-week summer theatre workshop designed for children ages 5–12, supported by High Schoolers learning behind-the-scenes skills. This program will provide a fun, supportive environment where participants can explore the performing arts while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Throughout the program, students will receive instruction in theatre fundamentals, including acting, singing, dancing, and proper theatre etiquette. In addition to on-stage training, High School age participants will have opportunities to learn and engage in behind-the-scenes roles such as stage crew and basic directing, allowing them to earn volunteer hours while gaining a broader understanding of theatrical production.
The program will conclude with a free end-of-camp showcase for families and the community, highlighting the students’ growth and achievements.
Schedule:
● Dates: June – August (8 weeks)
● Final Showcase: TBD
● Days & Time: Tuesday – Thursday : 5:30PM – 7:00 PM
